Abstract Guidelines

Abstract deadline is March 2, 2018.
Abstract must be written in English.
The maximum page limit for all abstracts is one single-sided A4 page.
It is recommended to format abstracts according to the following template.
Include paper title, presenting author name, affiliation and email address at the top of each abstract.
Abstracts should clearly and concisely state the problem, methodology used and central conclusions.
A PDF version of the abstract must be submitted by mail to ieeeyp.conf@gmail.com
Final papers (3 pages, A4, 2-column IGARSS format) must be provided at conference time.

Poster Guidelines

Registration

Registration is mandatory and free of charge.
All participants are asked to fill in the registration form and send to ieeeyp.conf@gmail.com. This helps the organizers to provide a better service.

Travel Grants

A limited number of travel grants are available. Applicants are asked to:

state in the submission email that they are applying for the travel grant.
send a 1-page CV and a proof of affiliation (copy of student card, or company/university ID, or statement of the tutor) together with the abstract.
